Maddington Doctors Practice is a Mixed Billing practice with private billing on weekends.
Please note, we have a price increase with the below fee’s taking place from the 1st July.

We will no longer be accepting any health fund cards including BUPA & NIB as a form of payment. All consultations will attract a private fee.
The following are NOT bulk billed:
- Pre-employment health checks
- Occupational Health
- Worker’s Compensation
- No valid Medicare card
- Commercial Drivers License
Medicare Rebate can be claimed on site
Appointments
Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day of request and will always be given priority. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice, booking online or by visiting the practice in person.
Longer consultations are available; please advise reception if you require extra time when booking your appointment. If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, counseling for emotional difficulties or a second opinion about someone else’s management, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.
No Show and Cancellation of Appointment less than 12 hours of notice
Please notify reception well in advance (minimum 12hr prior) if you are unable to attend an appointment. Failure to attend will incur a $60 cancellation fee .
